If you have suggestions for recs, or for tagging, or just want to talk, please leave a comment! Most of these are either gen or Gil/Agatha/Tarvek, because I have Preferences.

AU:

Selected citations from 'The Legend of Agatha Heterodyne' by Professora Wilhelmina Klovitz (Helix Press, Mechanicsburg, 2000) [AO3]
In-universe academia, interspersed with in-universe pulp novels, feat. an Agatha who was born five hundred years before decent record-keeping. This is, without a doubt, the most delightful and delicious fic I have ever read and I deeply wish there were about five hundred more chapters of it. Gen, complete.

Der Geschichtenerzähler
[AO3]
Short and sweet, a sort of literary sketch where instead of mad science, magic rules Europa (badly). Has a really lovely mythic, folkloric feel. Technically Lucrezia/Bill, but mentioned more in passing/as flavor. Complete.

I've Come To Claim A Heart From Thee [AO3]
Sequel: Throw Thy Cloak Aside To Feed Me [AO3]
Among other deviance from canon (Agatha was raised by Bill and Lucrezia, alongside her older brother, for one) the spark is replaced by intelligent, psychic bonded wolves. Agatha's, naturally, are Dem Boyz. The prose is wonderful and lyrical, and the author does a particularly good job of writing the ache of the broken Tarvek/Gil friendship. Be warned though, the first entry does have Martellus and he does attempt similarly creepy invasions of bodily autonomy as in canon, but is thwarted before it happens. Gil/Agatha/Tarvek. Slow updates.

You're (Never) Mine [AO3]
Soulmate AU. Gil and Agatha have soulmarks. Tarvek...doesn't. The OT3 happens anyway, and it hurts in the most beautiful way possible. Gil/Agatha/Tarvek. Complete.

Sowing Discord [AO3]
Klaus gets access to the discord. The one in our world. Somehow, it doesn't go as badly as it could. Gen, ongoing.

It Takes A Village (Or Sometimes an Army) [AO3]
Agatha was found by jaegers as a wee kiddo, who then raised her as their very own. Got that Good college-age Shenanigans. Gen, complete work, series ongoing.

Cthonic [AO3]
Agatha is Hades and Gil is Persephone, loosely. Gil/Agatha, complete.

Canon:
Series: Unreliable Narrators [AO3]
A series of vignettes, alternating Gil and Tarvek POV. Has some spectacularly delicious pining on the part of Tarvek, combined with hilariously oblivious Gil. Tarvek/Gil, but strong indications of going Gil/Agatha/Tarvek. Updates fairly regularly.

Series: Poison in Paris [AO3]
Same author as Unreliable Narrators, but this time instead of canon coda it's prequel Tarvek and Gil in Paris. Tarvek is still pining, Gil is somehow even more oblivious, there's an ongoing theme of poison and also some kind of political subplot with a very well-rounded and interesting OC. Ongoing as a series, but each chunk is complete.

Three Body Problem [AO3]
Agatha, Tarvek, and Gil are invited to give a lecture on a topic they know nothing about. They are also sleeping together. These two facts may be related. Captures the tone of the comic perfectly, and is uproariously funny to boot. Gil/Agatha/Tarvek. Complete.

Short For Gilliam [AO3]
Gil learns his Real Name in chapter one, and it is heartbreaking. Tarvek learns Gil's real name in chapter two, and it is fucking hilarious. Gen. Complete.

Post-Canon:
Series: Blundering Onwards [AO3]
Series of post-canon OT3 linked oneshots. Sweet, and kind, with the perfect seasoning of angst because Gil and Tarvek both are very broken people who are nevertheless healing. Gil/Agatha/Tarvek. At that weird stage where I'd like more but it's stopped in a really satisfying place.

After Hours [AO3]
Outsider POV on the trio being...well, themselves, mostly, if very drunk and also in the middle of the night. Gil/Agatha/Tarvek if you squint, complete.
